Privacy policy

This page explains the basic categories of information used to operate the Rinnah Fuel service.

Effective date: 10 July 2026

Information we use

  • Account details such as names, email addresses, and membership roles.
  • Operational records you create in the app, including fuel logs and account settings.
  • Technical and security data required to keep the service available and protected.

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, save operational records, support billing workflows, improve reliability, and maintain service security.

Sharing

We may rely on service providers needed to operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, and payment providers. Information is shared only to the extent needed to run those services.

Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel

We use Microsoft Clarity, the Meta Pixel, and Google Ads to understand visits, page interactions and marketing actions. These integrations are enabled by default after the page has loaded. For visitors who have not opted out, we send Clarity a pseudonymous browser identifier and may replace it with a pseudonymous account identifier while they are signed in, so activity can be associated across pages; we do not use an email address or display name for these identifiers. Meta and Google may receive device, browser, page-view and event information. You can stop optional browser analytics and marketing tracking at any time by selecting “No thanks” in the consent controls. We may still report server-confirmed account, login, trial and purchase events to advertising platforms for conversion measurement and business reporting.

Retention and control

Account data is retained as needed to provide the service and maintain business records. Administrators are responsible for the data they enter and manage inside their account.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data through the Contact page. Account administrators can remove members; account deletion requests should identify the account and be made by an authorized owner. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
