About Rinnah Fuel

Rinnah Fuel helps farms and equipment-heavy teams replace paper fuel books and scattered spreadsheets with a practical shared fuel record.

Built for real farm conditions

Fuel is often issued away from the office, sometimes with unreliable mobile signal and several people sharing the same tank. Rinnah Fuel was built around that reality: operators can record a fuel issue on a phone, continue working offline and sync the record when connectivity returns.

The service brings the fuel issue, equipment, operator, meter reading and pump total into one record. Administrators can then review calculated stock, consumption history, service reminders and Excel exports from the same account.

A sensor-free approach

Rinnah Fuel does not claim to physically measure a tank. It calculates expected stock from an opening level, deliveries and logged fuel issues. This gives smaller operations a way to improve visibility without installing tank sensors or pump hardware.

The trade-off is important: the result depends on complete and accurate entries. Regular physical tank checks remain part of a responsible fuel-control process.
