How to log a fuel delivery
Record fuel received from a supplier so it is added to the calculated tank inventory.

Add delivered fuel when it arrives
A delivery increases the current tank level and becomes part of the inventory history.
Record the delivered litres from the supplier document. A short reference or note can help connect the entry to a delivery note, supplier or invoice.
- Add delivered litres to current stock
- Keep a supplier or delivery-note reference
- Review and correct recent deliveries
Record the delivery
- Open the main menu and select Fuel inventory.
- Under Record fuel delivery, enter the Delivered litres.
- Add a Reference / notes value if needed.
- Select Record delivery and confirm the new entry in Recent deliveries.
If a delivery was entered incorrectly, an administrator can edit or delete it from Recent deliveries and the inventory will be recalculated.
How it works
- Confirm the delivered quantity.
- Record it in Fuel inventory.
- Check that it appears in Recent deliveries.
Fuel deliveries affect the shared tank inventory rather than an individual vehicle or machine.
