How to set up low-fuel alerts
Choose the tank threshold and the team members who should receive a push notification.

Warn the right people before stock runs low
The low-tank threshold is a percentage of tank capacity. Selected recipients are notified when the calculated level crosses it.
Each selected recipient must also enable push notifications for the active account on their own device. The recipient list shows when push is disabled for a member.
- Choose a threshold from 0% to 100%
- Select the alert recipients
- Confirm push notifications on each device
Save the low-tank alert settings
- Open the main menu and select Fuel inventory.
- Under Low tank alerts, enter the Low-level threshold percentage.
- Select each account member who should receive the alert.
- Select Save alert settings. Ask each recipient to enable Push notifications in Account settings on their own device.
Alerts use the calculated tank level, so tank setup, deliveries and fuel issues must be kept current.
How it works
- Choose the warning percentage.
- Select recipients.
- Confirm push is enabled on their devices.
The alert applies to the shared fuel tank rather than a particular vehicle or machine.
