Keep fuel use linked to the right enterprise

Enterprise allocation helps you separate fuel use between farms, business units, projects or operating divisions within the same Rinnah Fuel account.

An account owner or administrator first enables enterprise allocation and adds the enterprise names. Once enabled, everyone logging fuel is asked to choose an enterprise before entering the fuel details.

Administrators can also update a fuel record that was saved without an enterprise or assigned to the wrong one.

  • Add and manage enterprise names from the Enterprises page
  • Choose an enterprise while recording each new fuel issue
  • Assign or change the enterprise on an existing record

Add enterprises before logging fuel

  1. Open the main menu and select Enterprises.
  2. Turn on Require enterprise on fuel entries.
  3. Select Add enterprise, enter the enterprise name and save it.
  4. Repeat this step for any other enterprises you need.

Only an account owner or administrator can enable enterprise allocation and manage the enterprise list.

Choose an enterprise while logging fuel

  2. On the Choose enterprise step, select the enterprise where the fuel was used.
