Common questions
Quick answers about accounts, fuel records, tank tracking and notifications.
Do I need a tank sensor to use Rinnah Fuel?
No. Rinnah Fuel calculates the tank level from the opening amount, recorded deliveries and logged fuel issues.
Can fuel be logged without mobile signal?
Yes. A fuel entry can be saved on the device while offline and will sync when connectivity returns.
Why is the enterprise option missing from the fuel log?
An account owner or administrator must enable Require enterprise on fuel entries and add at least one active enterprise.
Who can change settings and historical records?
Account owners and administrators can manage the tank, equipment, enterprises, users, exports and synced historical records.
How does a new team member join an account?
They sign in, enter the shared account code and request access. An owner or administrator then approves the request.
Can I correct an inaccurate tank level?
Yes. An administrator can enter a new measured current level under Fuel inventory, in Tank setup & reset.
Can I export the fuel records to Excel?
Yes. An account owner or administrator can export a month, year or custom date range from the Exports page.
Why did a selected person not receive a low-fuel alert?
The person must be selected as a recipient and must enable push notifications for the active account on their own device.
